2. Services Not Offered to Sanctioned Countries

United Way for Migrants reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the provision of our services. We retain full discretion to determine whether to provide services to any individual or entity.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments for services provided by United Way for Migrants are earned upon receipt for professional services rendered. Customers agree and acknowledge that the fee, once paid, becomes the sole property of United District LLC.
5. Fulfillment of Immigration services
Fulfillment of services provided by United Way for Migrants requires the dutiful participation of the customer. For immigration cases: If the package is returned due to non-payment, it will be sent again by mail with the corresponding payments to those indicated by the USCIS. If the package is returned due to incomplete information in the completed forms, the requested information will be completed, and the package will be sent again to the USCIS offices to continue the process. 7. Limitation of Liability
United Way for Migrants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
United Way for Migrants is a private organization and is not affiliated with any government. Our services can be applied for directly with the government for free.
